Yesterday's Outfit And Dinner

Jacket Vero Moda // Dress Stradivarius // OTK Boots Anna Field/Zalando // Bag Zara // Hat Primark

Healthy GF And LF Snickers Pie Recipe

Hi and happy Saturday everyone! I have had a really relaxed Saturday, slept in, made pancakes for brunch, worked out, I have been baking and now I'm writing this blog post. And soon I'm going to make pad thai for dinner, so yummi!

I have a sweet tooth, but I want to be as healthy as I can. It's hard but I'm doing my best haha! But I came up with this recipe a few weeks ago and I want to share it with you 🎔. It's gluten and lactose free so that's really good! My boyfriend loves this pie so it's approved ha!

My Oat Flour Pancakes Recipe

I shared this post on Instagram a few weeks ago and promised that I would share the recipe later, so here it is. I love to experiment and improvise in the kitchen, so this is a result out of that that turned out good haha.

Oat Flour Pancakes
~ 2-3 servings

3 dl oats mixed to flour (will be about 2 dl when it's mixed)
2 eggs
1 tbs vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
1 tbs baking powder

Mix all the ingredients together and fry them and it's done! They are so delicious and also GF! Oats are naturally GF but they can contain a tiny bit gluten from the factory, so just buy GF oats if you want to be 100% sure. But normally GF people can eat normal oats.

Black Bean Chocolate Cake Recipe // Ps. Boyfriend approved!

Hi and welcome back to my blog! Starting of this week with a healthy and soooo delicious recipe. It contains black beans but you can't feel them, I promise! And it's boyfriend approved as well haha.

So you will need a food processor or high speed blender to make this cake. I used the Philips HR3655 high speed blender.

Recipe

Put the oven on 175/350 degrees

Ingredients

-230 g black beans
-14 pitted dates
-1 cup/2.3 dl cacao powder
-4 tbsp potato flour
-2 tbsp coconut oil
-0.5 cup/1.2 dl milk of choice (I used almond milk)
-1 tbsp baking powder
-200 g chocolate of choice for topping (I used dark chocolate, but you can use white if you want to, think it would look really cool, or vegan if you prefer that)
-A dash of honey
-And then I also added water, about I dl, to make it a little bit smoother

Add everything to a blender or food processor and then put it in the oven for 30 minutes, but I took it out after 25 because I like it when it's a little bit sticky. And then let it cool down and then melt the chocolate and pour that over the cake, but it in the fridge/freezer and then it's ready to be eaten! It's so delicious. It was the first time I did this kind of cake and I'm surprised how good it was. You can't feel the beans at all. I also let my parents try it without telling them it was black beans in it and they were kind of surprised when I told them the truth haha! It tastes just like a normal chocolate cake. Just a little less sugar but I prefer that. Like a cake made of dark chocolate.

Favorite Pink And Delicious Pizzas!

I love pink from the bottom of my heart but I think this shade of pink must be my favorite! This dress is one of my absolute favorites in my closet and I love the wrap detail in the front, I think it makes it look luxurious hihi! I wore this dress on evening at Mallorca and that dinner we ate the most delicious pizzas! I ate two or three pizzas (ops!) during that week and all of them were amazing but I ate one with honey on (not any of the photos) and that must have been the most delicious pizza I have ever tried! Kevin ate them same, or we actually shared a pizza, and he said the same! And I love that the pizzas are so crispy and not fatty as in Sweden. I don't think I'm going to eat more pizzas in Sweden now haha!

Healthy Raspberry Muffins

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you're going to get a nice Friday and weekend filled with love and fun stuff❤ Give someone an extra big hug!

Today I want to share this muffin recipe with you! I did it last Thursday (I posted it on my Instagram stories, if you don't follow me, please do it here!) and they succed! Even my mom liked them and she doesn't use to like healthy things I bake haha!

I have really started to thinking more about eating healthy lately and since I got my Kayla Itsines book. It's about two months until summer and until I go to France and Spain and I really want to be in shape then! And of course we can't forget my graduation, the most important of all (noo... I actually think my travels are more important...hehe). I improvised a bit when I did these so you can swap the coconut flour to almond flour or just normal flour if you want to! Or you can use another yoghurt, it doesn't have to be raspberry yoghurt. It can be greek yoghurt or vanilla if you want to. Experiment a bit and do what you feel for!

Ingredients

1 cup flour of your choice (I used coconut flour)

1 cup rolled oats

2 tbs baking powder

2 eggs

1 cup raspberry yoghurt (but you can use what you like)

Honey (as much as you want to. I don't like using too much because it tastes too sweet)

1/4 cup of milk

2 tbs vanilla powder/extract (I used powder)

1 cup of berries (I used raspberries)

How to

Oven: 350 F, 170 C

1. Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients in another bowl.

2. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix them well.

3. Fill muffin cups with batter.

4. Put berries on top of every muffin and then put them in the oven for about 18-20 minutes.

Please let me know if you try them and if you liked them or not!

My New Favorite Breakfast!

Good day or good morning ❤ I hope you had a lovely weekend but if you hadn't, maybe you can start this week in a better way! This post is not sponsored or anything just so you now! I only write about these producsts because I recently discovered them (last week actually!) and I love them so I want to share my love for them with you.

I love trying new beauty products but lately I have started to like trying new food as well. I recently got the Kayla Itsines book and I'm feeling so inspired by all her recipes and healthy eating. So when I went to the grocery store with my mom last week (it was such a long time ago since I went grocery shopping with my mom before that, omg! When I was younger I always went there with her. But maybe I have more things to do now like school, I didn't had that when I was 9. ) I bought soya yoghurt and a new granola I had never tried before. I have a love/hate relationship with yoghurt. Sometimes I loove it and want to eat it everyday and sometimes I don't eat it for months. So I have been in a "hate" period for a while now but decided to quit it and try something new so I went for soya yoghurt!

I bought a soya yoghurt from Alpro and they make products that is 100% plant based. The yoghurt is naturally free from lactose and gluten and it's vegan! I was so excited to try it so I did it directly when we came home and I'm actually really impressed! I had no idea how it was going to taste but it's delicious!! It tastes a bit different from a normal yoghurt but it's soo nice! I think I actually prefer this soya yoghurt!

I also bought a new granola from Paulúns with cacao, raspberries and dates. It's no added sugar and it contains a lot of fibers. Paulúns is a products from Sweden and what they want is so make it easier to make healthier choices.

So, now this is what I eat almost everyday for breakfast and my love relationship with yoghurt is back! It feels so fresh to start the day by eating this.

Eating Healthy Talk + Recipe

I did these raw food balls last week and I love this recipe so much! I use to do a similar chocolate cake and that one is so delicous too but this time I did it in another shape!

Today I want to talk to you about eating healthy and what it means for me. For me, eating healthy means to have a balance. A balance between the food you put in your mouth and that balance is different for everyone.

A couple of weeks ago, I didn't ate any unnecessary sugar. I always eat cakes and cookies during the weekend and sometimes on a weekday too, so I wanted to try and see what happens if I don't do that. It's not like I'm eating more sugar than anyone else, probably less than most people so it's not like I'm eating a cake slize on a weekday, it's more like one biscuit maybe. But anyway, I wanted to quit sugar for one week.

I wanted to do that because I have been feeling a bit tough and tired and not as the happiest person ever lately. And I got a great result but I didn't realised that until the next week. The week after my experiment, I ate sugar as I'm used to and I realised that I'm feeling more unhappy, tired and have more negative thoughts now than I had last week when I didn't had any unnecessary sugar. I also didn't had as good energy as last week.

So what I'm doing right now is to find the right balance for me. I have come to a conclusion that I'm going to eat less sugar than I'm doing right now because my body seems to feel and respond very good on that. So maybe I will just treat myself with something sweet once a week instead of Friday, Saturday and Sunday. One day is enough!

I recommend all of you to have a week when you quit eating unnecessary sugar and see what happens and how you feel and how your mind and body responds on it! Maybe you will find out that you need to find a new balance or maybe you don't even have one!

But now over to the recipe! This is a raw food recipe so this is quite healthy! This is what I eat (sometimes on a weekday as well) when I want something sweet. But it's not 100% sweet because it's basically no sugar in it! And it tastes so, so good!

Ingredients
About 12

12 fresh dates (if you don't have fresh dates, put them in water over the night before!)

2 dl mixed nuts

1 tb coconut butter/oil

2 tb raw cocoa/cocoa

coconut flakes

How to

Mix everything together and then roll them into the coconut flakes. Keep them in the fridge and they will stay fresh for about a week.

Pancake Friday!

Pancake Friday! Mmmm just looking at this makes me so hungry haha! Pancakes are my favorite thing to eat and I make pancakes quite often... My new routine is Pancake Friday!

English Scones

English Scones I love scones and my love for scones grow bigger and bigger for every time I go to England. This is the first time I do english scones at home and they came out very well! They aren't as high as they are in England but they tasted good. We have scones in Sweden as well but they look totally different here! And I personally think that the swedish scones are to thick and doughy while english scones are much more airy which I love!

Making Vegetarian Food // Fried Rice

An easy step by step guide to a very simple vegetarian dish! I think I have mentioned that we eat vegetarian once a week in my family? But if you didn't know, we do. But I also eat it in school sometimes because the vegetarian food is pretty often better than the "normal" food...

And hello weekend and Saturday! What are you up to this lovely weekend? I have a lot of physics to do (ughf...!) but I will do some training as well!

Food, health and things like that...

Good morning everyone!! I'm going to talk about food and some health today because I don't do that so much but I should, because it's such a big part of me.

If you follow me on instagram, you may have seen my gymnastics photos so you know that I work out a lot. I'm not only doing gymnastics, I'm working out at home a lot too. The reason why I do that, is because I feel so much happier. I recently decided that we're going to eat vegetarian food for dinner at home once a week (Thursdays to be exact) and well, my dad doesn't like it at all haha but it's just to get over it! It's actually not so much for the animal I want to do this (sorry!), it's more because of all the studies about that we should eat less meat. Meat is thick and it's hard for our body to take apart and it's proven that to much meat can increase the risk to get cancer. Eating vegetarian food is good for our brain too. It allows you to think more clearly. So, eating more veggies and less meat makes you feel healthier, smarter and happier.

Those photos ^^ aren't maybe so suitable for this post haha but I had it for breakfast yesterday and I felt very healthy after eating it haha!

Do you have any questions about this or do you want me do post all the vegetarian food we will be eating? Or do you want so see more gymnastics or other training stuff here on the blog or on instagram? Just leave a comment, send me an email or comment on my instagram! ♥♥♥
